The exercises and explanations are for information and general training purposes, based on the scientific literature cited in each exercise. They do not replace the diagnosis or advice of a health or sports professional.

If you have an injury, pain, a medical condition or are pregnant, consult a professional before using it. Stop the exercise if you feel sharp pain, dizziness or any abnormal symptom. Stretches should not hurt.

Free plan and Premium

The free plan includes the daily session, the weekly streak and a selection of tests. Premium unlocks the rest of the content described on the subscription screen. The content of each plan may evolve with new versions of the app.

Subscription, free trial and cancellation

Premium is offered as an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription. The final price, including taxes, is the one the store shows before you confirm the purchase.

The annual subscription may include a 7-day free trial, available once per account. If you do not cancel before it ends, the first year will be charged.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before in the store (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). If you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are governed by the policies of the store where you bought and by the applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

The texts, routines, design and code of the app belong to its owner. You may use them for your personal training, but you may not copy, resell or distribute them.

Liability

You use the app at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of the exercises or for the loss of data stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
