Loadwell Mobility

Summary

Loadwell Mobility has no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics. What you record in the app (sessions, streak, preferences and mobility measurements) is stored only on your phone and we never receive it. Only if you subscribe to Premium is the minimum data processed to manage the subscription.

Data you keep on your device

Your sport, level, areas of interest, session length and weekly goal, your session history and the results of the mobility tests. Range-of-motion measurements can be considered health-related data: that is why we never send them to any server.

We have no access to this data. You can delete it whenever you like from Settings → "Delete all my data" or by uninstalling the app. It is not included in any backup of ours.

If Android backup is turned on, the system may copy the app data to your Google account. Google keeps that copy in your account under its own policy, and Loadwell has no access to it.

From Settings → "Export my data" you can save a file with your progress to move it to another phone. That file stays under your control: you save it or send it wherever you decide, and we never receive it.

Premium subscription

Payment is handled by Google Play (or the App Store on iPhone): we never see your payment details.

To check whether your subscription is active we use RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) as a data processor. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier generated by the app, the purchase history of the subscription and technical device data (model, operating system, language, country and IP address). It does not receive your name or your email.

Legal basis: performance of the subscription contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is kept while the subscription exists and afterwards for as long as legal obligations require.

International transfer: RevenueCat processes the data in the USA with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses). RevenueCat's policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your own phone. We do not use remote notification services and we do not send any data to display them. You can turn them off in Settings.

What we do not do

We show no advertising, we use no analytics or tracking tools, we do not use the device advertising identifier, and we do not sell or share data with third parties.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to loadwell.apps@gmail.com. For subscription data, say that you want it deleted and we will remove it from RevenueCat.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

Age

The app is aimed at people over 16. Minors should use it under the supervision of an adult or their coach.

Changes

If we change this policy (for example, if one day the app added advertising or analytics), we will say so here and in the app before the change applies.
